
2009 GLG Registration
The 2009 Good Life Games are being played over a 3-week period of time. To best accommodate all GLG participants the following is the new registration policy for 2009.
Pre-Registration is required for all events.
REGISTRATION POLICY
- Individual and Team Registration forms must be completed with the waiver signed and postmarked by February 20, 2009. You must sign up for all Events at this time.
- Your Doubles partner’s name must be listed on your registration form and he / she must register individually.
- Keep a copy of the Program Guide and a copy of your entry form for details on your events and registration.
- FEES: Most events are $15.00 each. For 2009 the Event Fees have been capped and are not to exceed $45.00. Each Golf Event has a Special Event Fee.
The fees help offset administrative expenses such as programs, goody bags, results tabulation, medals, security, emergency medical personnel and equipment, printed materials, CSGA dues and much more.
- Additional T-Shirts may be ordered for $5.00.
- Please make checks or money orders payable to: The Good Life Games. DO NOT SEND CASH.
- HOW DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY REGISTRATION? Include a stamped self-addressed #10 envelope for a mailed conformation. Include an e-mail address for e-mail registration conformation.
- HOW MANY SPORTS OR EVENTS WITHIN A SPORT MAY I REGISTER? You may enter any number of Sport Categories and events within each category as you wish, except for Swimming where only 6 events are permitted.
- HOW DOES A TEAM REGISTER? The Softball or Volleyball Team Captain must submit a completed (Individual Player information is required to play) Team Registration Forms along with appropriate fee.
Print required forms by clicking here for the 2009 Entry Forms. An Individual Registration Forms must be submitted along with the Team Form for each player that wishes to participate in non-team/Individual event(s). This includes Softball Skills.
- REFUND POLICY: The Good Life Games regrets it is not able to refund fees if an entrant fails to compete or an event is cancelled due to inclement weather, extenuating circumstances or an act of God. Refunds will be made after April 30, 2008 only to those individuals who’s events have been cancelled due to i nsufficient entries (and a substitution has not been chosen)or if the individual is not qualified to participate in the games.
